Surprise... Ross and Amanda got MARRIED!
Two months ago Amanda reached out to me to photograph her surprise wedding! Yes, you read that right! Their guests (for the most part) had no idea they were getting married, they were invited over for an engagement party. What originally started off as an engagement party soon turned into the BEST day of their lives!
While planning their backyard engagement party, they both decided to change things up and just get married instead! Not only did they keep it a secret from everyone who was invited but they also put together the most beautiful Hampton beach-inspired wedding in only a few months.
Their wedding was full of emotion and excitement! I absolutely loved capturing everyone's reactions. Most of their guests had no idea what was going on, after all, they were invited to an engagement party. That is everyone except Ross's Grandmother. She pulled me aside at one point shortly after the ceremony and said, "I knew something was going on when the invite said dress formal... who dresses formal to an engagement party!"
Despite all of the rain they had, it was truly a beautiful and unique day! Congratulations Ross and Amanda!
